At Koda Jones, we aim to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible.
When Free shipping is not available the following fees apply

We ship using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and selected international delivery partners. Tracking details will be sent once your order is on its way.
Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Please remember that Australia is a long way from many parts of the world, so international shipping costs can be high. Where possible, Koda Jones absorbs part of these costs to help keep your shipping fee lower.
Delivery times are estimates only. Koda Jones is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or text.
For international orders, your tracking number may also work with your local carrier once the parcel arrives in your country.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel. Koda Jones is not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to being unclaimed.
Return to Sender
Koda Jones does not take responsibility for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels.
If a parcel is returned to us and needs to be resent, the cost of reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

If your order has already been shipped, we may be able to request a redirection, but this is not always possible. If the parcel cannot be redirected and is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
Koda Jones does not cover import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges applied by the destination country.
Any customs delays, duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Koda Jones is not responsible if the customer is not notified by their local postal authority that customs fees are payable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
